Complete any of the following actions on Hopout to earn entries (each action earns 1 entry per day):

• Post a plan.
   
• Set your real-time status.
   
• RSVP to a plan.
   

Bonus: Additional entries are earned if friends RSVP to your posted plans.

Be among the Top 5 users who earn the highest total number of Hopouts (RSVPs) on their plans during Launch Week.

One winner will be randomly selected from the verified Top 5 contributors.

• Instagram reposts and follows must remain visible through the Giveaway period.
   
• If an Instagram account is private, entrants must send a direct message to @hopout.app with a screenshot of their repost and/or follow as proof during the Giveaway period.
   
• Entrants are solely responsible for ensuring that all actions (app usage, reposts, follows) are properly completed and recorded.
   
• Incomplete actions, deleted posts, or failure to provide proof if requested may result in disqualification.
   
• Hopout reserves the right to request proof of any action completed to earn an entry, at its sole discretion.
   

All required actions for each prize must be completed by 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the applicable day.

Late entries will not be accepted under any circumstances.

• The $500 Launch Day Prize and $100 Daily Prizes will be awarded by random drawing among eligible entries.
   
• The $500 Top Contributor Prize will be awarded by random selection among the verified Top 5 users with the most Hopouts on their plans.
   
• Winners will be contacted privately through Hopout’s in-app messaging system.
   
• Winners must respond within 48 hours of notification. If a winner does not respond within the time limit, an alternate winner may be selected.
   

Only authentic plans intended for real participation will be eligible for entry credit.

Plans deemed blatantly fake, spammy, low-effort, or created solely for the purpose of farming entries without genuine social intent may be disqualified at Hopout’s sole discretion.

Hopout reserves the right to disqualify any plans or actions that violate the spirit of the Giveaway.

• Entrants may be required to provide proof of Instagram reposts, follows, or other actions upon request.
   
• Proof must be submitted via direct message to @hopout.app on Instagram if an account is private.
   
• Entrants who cannot provide proof when requested may be disqualified.
   

• Each person is limited to one Hopout account for Giveaway participation.
   
• The creation of multiple accounts, use of fake accounts, or any attempt to manipulate entries will result in disqualification.
   
• Only activities linked to a legitimate @plymouth.edu email address and verified Hopout account will be accepted.
   

• Entrants must fully complete all required actions to be eligible.
   
• Partial completion of tasks (for example, downloading the app but not adding three friends) will not qualify for entry.
   
• All entries will be manually reviewed before prizes are awarded to ensure compliance.
   

• Hopout is not responsible for technical problems, server outages, platform errors, or device malfunctions that may prevent participation.
   
• Only actions properly completed and visible within the Hopout app or Instagram at the time of winner selection will be counted.
   
• In the event of a dispute regarding entries or actions, Hopout’s records shall be deemed final and binding.
   

• Each entrant may only win one $100 Daily Prize during Launch Week.
   
• However, winning a $100 Daily Prize does not disqualify a participant from also qualifying for and winning the $500 Top Contributor Prize.
   

• Prizes will be distributed via Venmo, PayPal, or another electronic method at Hopout’s discretion.
   
• Winners are responsible for providing accurate payment information to Hopout within 48 hours after notification.
   
• If a winner declines a prize, fails to respond, or fails to claim the prize, an alternate winner may be selected.
   

Winners are solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes associated with their prize.

• By entering the Giveaway, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Hopout, which are final and binding.
   
• Hopout reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway at any time if, in its sole discretion, it determines that fraud, technical issues, or other factors have compromised the integrity or proper functioning of the promotion.
   
• Hopout reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or otherwise violating the spirit of the Giveaway.
